In you are lucky enough to find all twenty police badges in la noire then you will be rewarded with the dapper button man suite. Now if you were to go out and attempt to find all these police badges locations yourself it could take months. The first la noire police badge location is at the 6th street viaduct. Look up and you should see two pylons. Now all you must do is go up the nearby ladder and your first of twently police badges in yours.

 

Now go ahead and take a train to china town. Be on the lookout for a sign which has the word written on it, Kam Tong Chinese Foods. Look behind this sign and you will located your la noire police badge

 

Now you can literally take a train to angels flight. If you go down underneath the tracks there will be a police badge waiting for you.
